SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE SAN MARINO CITY COUNCIL
WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 14, 2022 AT 5:00 P.M.
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Jakubowski called the meeting to order at 5:04 p.m. in the Thornton Room at Crowell Public Library, located at 1890 Huntington Drive, San Marino, CA 91108.
ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Council Member Huang, Council Member Shepherd Romey (arrived at 5:08 p.m.), Council Member Ude, Vice Mayor Talt, and Mayor Jakubowski
ABSENT: None

CLOSED SESSION
At 5:05 p.m., the Council recessed to closed session to discuss the following items:
I. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2)
The City Council met with respect to one (I) matter of significant exposure to litigation.
At 5:56 p.m. the Council reconvened to open session.
CLOSED SESSION REPORT
The City Council met on Item I and there was no reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Jakubowski adjourned the special meeting at 5:57 p.m.
