CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Jakubowski called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, located at 2200 Huntington Drive, San Marino, CA 91 108.
ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Council Member Huang, Council Member Shepherd Romey, Council Member Ude, Vice Mayor Talt, and Mayor Jakubowski ABSENT: None

The City Council met with respect to one (1) matter of significant exposure to litigation.
At 10:40 a.m. the Council reconvened to open session.
CLOSED SESSION REPORT
The City Council met on Item 1 and placed City Manager Marlowe on paid administrative leave.
The City Council met on Item 2 and appointed Fire Chief Mario Rueda as Acting City Manager.
The City Council met on Item 3 and there was no reportable action.
