SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE SAN MARINO CITY COUNCIL
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 28, 2022 AT 8:45 A.M.
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Jakubowski called the meeting to order at 9:23 a.m. in the Barth Room at Crowell Public Library, located at 1890 Huntington Drive, San Marino, CA 91108.
ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Council Member Huang, Council Member Shepherd Romey, Council Member Ude, and Mayor Jakubowski
ABSENT: Vice Mayor Talt

CLOSED SESSION
At 9:35 a.m., the Council recessed to closed session to discuss the following items:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Government Code Section 54956.9 (d)(2)
The City Council met with respect to one (I) matter of significant exposure to litigation.
Council Member Ude left the meeting at 10:06 a.m.
At 10:23 a.m. the Council reconvened to open session.
CLOSED SESSION REPORT
The City Council met on Item I and there was no reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Jakubowski adjourned the special meeting at 10:23 a.m.
