CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Jakubowski called the adjourned regular meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. in the Barth Room at Crowell Public Library, located at 1890 Huntington Drive, San Marino, California 91108.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Mayor Jakubowski led the Pledge of Allegiance.

I. APPROVAL OF A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR THE CITY
MANAGER RECRUITMENT
Human Resources Director Guerrero presented the staff report.
The following person(s) provided comment:
None
Council Member Ude moved, seconded by Council Member Huang, to (I) direct staff to release the RFP to solicit responses for a professional recruiting firm to conduct the search for the City Manager position; and (2) appoint Vice Mayor Talt and Council Member Shepherd Romey to serve as the Ad Hoc Committee to select the recruiting firm and make a recommendation for full City Council approval.

PERTAINING TO MODIFICATION OF WORK SCHEDULES

Council Member Shepherd Romey moved, seconded by Council Member Huang, to adopt Resolution No. R-22-43, amending the Unrepresented Employees Salary and Benefits Schedule for the period covering July I, 2022 through June 30, 2024 pertaining to modification of work schedules.

3. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. R-22-42 RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO.
R-22-34 AND CHANGING THE LOCATION OF CITY COUNCIL AND
ADVISORY BODY MEETINGS

Council Member Ude moved, seconded by Council Member Shepherd Romey, to adopt Resolution No. R-22-42 as modified to make the regular meeting location for the Design Review Committee the Barth Room at Crowell Public Library, and to allow the Planning Commission to change it's meeting location the Barth Room if a majority of Commissioners wish to do so.

4. APPROVAL OF THE FALL 2022 PUBLIC TREE REMOVAL LIST
City Clerk Baker presented the staff report.

Council Member Huang moved, seconded by Council Member Ude, to approve the Fall 2022 ecommended tree removal list, with the exception of tree number four, and authorize the Director of Parks and Public Works to move forward to properly remove the trees on the Motion passed by the following vote:
