WEDNESDAY, JANUARY II, 2023 AT 4:30 P.M.
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Talt called the meeting to order at 4:35 p.m. in the City Hall Emergency Operations Center (EOC), located at 2200 Huntington Drive, San Marino, CA 91108.
ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Council Member Chou, Council Member Lo, Council Member Shepherd Romey, Vice Mayor Huang, and Mayor Talt

At 4:36 p.m., the Council recessed to closed session to discuss the following items:
