OF THE SAN MARINO CITY COUNCIL
WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 8, 2023 AT 5:00 P.M.
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Talt called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. in the City Hall Emergency Operations Center (EOC), located at 2200 Huntington Drive, San Marino, CA 91108.
ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Council Member Chou, Council Member Lo, Council Member Shepherd Romey, Vice Mayor Huang, and Mayor Talt
ABSENT: None

CLOSED SESSION
At 5:01 p.m., the Council recessed to closed session to discuss the following items:
I. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION
Government Code Section 54956.9 (d)(1)
The City Council met with respect one (I) matter of existing litigation against the City.

2. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Government Code Section 54956.9 (d)(2)
The City Council met with respect to one (I) matter of potential exposure to litigation.
At 5:58 p.m. the Council reconvened to open session.
CLOSED SESSION REPORT
The City Council met on Items 1 and 2 and there was no reportable action.
ADIOURNMENT
Mayor Talt adjourned the special meeting at 5:58 p.m.
