CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Talt called the adjourned regular meeting to order at 9:34 a.m. in the Barth Room at Crowell Public Library, located at 1890 Huntington Drive, San Marino, California 91108.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Mayor Talt led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Mayor Talt presented a City tile and proclamation to Brandon Tsay.
Mayor Talt recessed the meeting at 9:47 a.m. and resumed the meeting at 9:5l a.m.

2. FY 2023-24 PRIORITY INITIATIVES PROPOSALS
The City Council discussed priority initiatives presented by staff and gave direction.

4. CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION NO. R-23-08 PROCLAIMING THE TERMINATION OF THE LOCAL EMERGENCY CONCERNING THE COVID-19 VIRUS
Acting City Manager Rueda presented the staff report.

Council Member Shepherd Romey moved, seconded by Council Member Lo, to adopt Resolution No. R-23-08, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of San Marino, California, Proclaiming the Termination of the Local Emergency Concerning the COVID-19 Virus.
Motion passed by the following vote:
AYES: Council Member Chou, Council Member Lo, Council Member Shepherd Romey, Vice Mayor Huang, and Mayor Talt
