CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Talt called the meeting to order at 12:08 p.m. in the Barth Room at Crowell Public Library, located at 1890 Huntington Drive, San Marino, CA 91108.
ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Council Member Chou, Council Member Lo, Council Member Shepherd Romey, Vice Mayor Huang, and Mayor Talt

At 12:08 p.m., the Council recessed to closed session to discuss the following items:
