CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Talt called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. in the City Hall Emergency Operations Center (EOC), located at 2200 Huntington Drive, San Marino, CA 91108 and the JW Marriott Grosvenor House London Business Center, 86-90 Park Lane, London, United ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Council Member Chou (arrived at 5:01 p.m.), Council Member Lo, Council Member Shepherd Romey, Vice Mayor Huang, and Mayor Talt ABSENT: None

At 5:00 p.m., the Council recessed to closed session to discuss the following items:

The City Council met with respect two (2) matters of existing litigation against the City.

At 5:55 p.m. the Council reconvened to open session.
