CALL TO ORDER: Vice Mayor Huang called the adjourned regular meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. in the Barth Room at Crowell Public Library, located at 1890 Huntington Drive, San Marino, California 91108, and at 7447 Royal Street #303, Park City, Utah 84060.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Vice Mayor Huang led the Pledge of Allegiance.

I. ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 0-23-1401 (SECOND READING) AMENDING MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 23.03.10 TO EXTEND THE
APPLICABILITY OF OBJECTIVE DESIGN STANDARDS TO ALL
MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS IN THE C-I ZONE
Community Development Director Figueroa presented the staff report.

Council Member Shepherd Romey moved, seconded by Council Member Lo, to waive full reading and adopt Ordinance No. O-23-1401, an Ordinance of the City Council of San Marino, California amending Municipal Code Section 23.03.10 to extend the Objective Residential Design Standards to impose the standards on all multifamily residential projects in the C-l zone.
