CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Talt called the adjourned regular meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. in the Barth Room at Crowell Public Library, located at 1890 Huntington Drive, San Marino, California 91108.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Mayor Talt led the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Council Member Chou, Council Member Lo, Council Member Shepherd Romey, Vice Mayor Huang, and Mayor Talt

Finance Director Chung gave an introduction and Parks & Public Works Director Shah presented the staff report.

Mayor Talt recessed the meeting at 9:48 a.m. and resumed the meeting at 9:55 a.m.
