CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Talt called the meeting to order at 5:01 p.m. in the City Ha mergency Operations Center (EOC), located at 2200 Huntington Drive, San Marino, CA 91108 ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Council Member Chou, Council Member Lo, Council Member Shepherd Romey, Vice Mayor Huang, and Mayor Talt

At 5:01 p.m., the Council recessed to closed session to discuss the following items:

The City Council met with respect one (I) matter (s) of existing litigation against the City.

2. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Government Code Section 54956.9 (d)(2)
The City Council met with respect to two (2) matters of potential exposure to litigation against the City.
