WEDNESDAY, APRIL 19, 2023 AT 7:30 A.M.
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Talt called the meeting to order at 7:44 a.m. at the Huntingtor Library, Art Museum, and Botanical Gardens Entrance Patio at 1151 Oxford Road, San Marino CA 91108.
ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Council Member Chou, Council Member Lo (arrived at 8:15 a.m.), Council Member Shepherd Romey, Vice Mayor Huang, and Mayor ABSENT: None

At 7:44 a.m., the Council recessed to closed session to discuss the following items:

At 4:07 p.m. the Council reconvened to open session.
CLOSED SESSION REPORT
The City Council met on Items I and there was no reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Talt adjourned the special meeting at 4:07 p.m.
