CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Talt called the meeting to order at 10:13 a.m. at the Crowell Public Library, Thornton Conference Room at 1890 Huntington Drive, San Marino, CA 91108.
ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Council Member Chou, Council Member Lo, Council Member Shepherd Romey, Vice Mayor Huang, and Mayor Talt

At 10:13 a.m., the Council recessed to closed session to discuss the following items:

At 11:20 a.m. the Council reconvened to open session.
CLOSED SESSION REPORT
The City Council met on Items I and there was no reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Talt adjourned the special meeting at 11:20 a.m.
