CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Talt called the meeting to order at 8:3l a.m. at the Crowell Public Library, Thornton Conference Room at 1890 Huntington Drive, San Marino, CA 91 108.
ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Council Member Chou, Council Member Lo, Council Member Shepherd Romey, Vice Mayor Huang, and Mayor Talt

At 8:32 a.m., the Council recessed to closed session to discuss the following items:

At 12:16 p.m. the Council reconvened to open session.
CLOSED SESSION REPORT
The City Council met on Items I and there was no reportable action.
