Regular meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of every month at 6:00 p.m. Typically, adjourned meetings are held on the last Friday of every month at 8:30 a.m.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person with a disability who requires a reasonable modification or accommodation in order to participate in a meeting should contact the City Clerk via email at [email protected] or by phone at (626) 300-0705 prior to the meeting for assistance.
The public is welcome to attend the meeting in person or remotely via Zoom, however, the meeting will proceed as normal even if there are technical difficulties with Zoom. The City will do it’s best to resolve any technical issues as quickly as possible.

PUBLIC COMMENTS
The City welcomes public input. Members of the public may address the City Council by completing a public comment card and giving it to the City Clerk prior to the meeting. At this time, the public may address the City Council on items that are not on the agenda.
Pursuant to state law, the City Council may not discuss or take action on issues not on the meeting agenda (Government Code Section 54954.2). The Mayor reserves the right to place limits on duration of comments. Staff may be asked to follow up on such items.

Recommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council engage in a discussion to identify potential Priority Initiatives for FY 2024-25.

2. AWARD OF A MAINTENANCE SERVICES AGREEMENT TO G2
CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF
CATCH BASIN TRASH AND DEBRIS CAPTURE DEVICES IN THE

Recommendation: Staff recommends the City Council approve the procurement and installation of trash and debris capture devices from G2 Construction, Inc. in the amount of $100,000.
“I move to approve the Maintenance Services Agreement for the procurement and installation of trash and debris capture devices from G2 Construction, Inc. in the amount of $100,000.”
3. APPROVAL OF PURCHASE OF SKID-STEER LOADER FOR PARKS AND
PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT FROM BOBCAT AND APPROPRIATION
OF $55,742.47 FROM THE CAPITAL EQUIPMENT FUND RESERVES FOR
THE PURCHASE
Recommendation: Staff recommends the City Council approve the purchase of one skid-steer loader from Bobcat in the amount of $55,742.47, and authorize the appropriation of $55,742.47 from the CIP reserves into Account # 591-48-4613-0000 (Capitalized Equipment).

4. APPROVAL OF CITY COUNCIL DELEGATE AND ALTERNATE LIST FOR 2024 AND DIRECT THE CITY CLERK TO UPDATE THE AGENCY REPORT OF PUBLIC OFFICIAL APPOINTMENTS FORM 806
Recommendation: The Mayor has recommended assignments to City and/or regional bodies. If the City Council concurs with the Mayor’s recommendations, the appropriate motion would be:
“I move to approve the Council List of Delegates and Alternates to agency boards, commissions, and City activities for 2024, and direct the City Clerk to update the Agency Report of Public Official Appointments Form 806 based on the appointments made, delegate the City Manager as signatory on said form, and direct the City Clerk to place the updated Form 806 on the City’s website.”
