CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Huang called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m., in the City Hall Emergency Operations Čenter (EOC), located at 2200 Huntington Drive, San Marino, CA 91108.

At 4:01 p.m. the City Council recessed to closed session to discuss the following items:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION GOVERNMENT CODE 54956.9 (D)(2)
The City Council is meeting with respect to two (2) matters of significant exposure to litigation against the City.
