CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Huang called the meeting to order at 11:46 a.m., in the City Hall Emergency Operations Center (EOC), located at 2200 Huntington Drive, San Marino, CA 91108.

CLOSED SESSION
At 11:47 a.m., the City Council recessed to closed session to discuss the following items:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - INITIATING LITIGATION GOVERNMENT CODE 54956.9 (D)(4)
The City Council met with respect to one (1) matter of initiating litigation.
2. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION GOVERNMENT CODE 54956.9 (D)(2)
The City Council met with respect to one (1) matter of significant exposure to litigation against the City related to CalHDF.
RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
At 1:08 p.m. the City Council reconvened to open session.
CLOSED SESSION REPORT
The City Council met on Items 1 through 2 and there was no reportable action.
