Mayor Huang called the regular meeting to order at 8:30 a.m., in the City Hall Council Chambers, located at 2200 Huntington Drive, San Marino, California 91108.

1. PRESENTATION OF FY 2024-25 PROPOSED OPERATING BUDGET BY
DEPARTMENT
City Manager Eskandar gave an introduction and Interim Finance Director Shea provided information on the proposed operating budget. Staff presented department operating budgets.

Council gave direction to staff on the presented proposed operating budgets.
Mayor Huang recessed the meeting at 10:55 a.m. and resumed the meeting at 11:04 a.m.

2. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. R-24-09 DELEGATING AUTHORITY FOR
INDUSTRIAL DISABILITY RETIREMENT DETERMINATIONS UNDER
GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 21173
The City Council adopted Resolution No. R-24-09 delegating authority for Industrial Disability Retirement determination under Government Code Section 21173.
