CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Huang called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m., in the City Hall Emergency Operations Center (EOC), located at 2200 Huntington Drive, San Marino, CA 91108.
ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Mayor Huang, Vice Mayor Shepherd Romey, Council Member Chou, Council Member Lo, Council Member

CLOSED SESSION
At 5:01 p.m., the City Council recessed to closed session to discuss the following items:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION GOVERNMENT CODE 54956.9 (D)(2)
The City Council met with respect to two (2) matters of significant exposure to litigation against the City.
RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
At 5:56 p.m. the City Council reconvened to open session.
CLOSED SESSION REPORT
The City Council met on Item 1 and there was no reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT
At 5:57 p.m., Mayor Huang adjourned the special meeting.
