After conducting a survey of the local agencies regarding their crossing guard services, 90% of those agencies contracted All City Management Services. Of the cities not using All City Massing ua Series, those encies hired per time scan based pany de into married ing gathered from other agencies, the department requests to continue utilizing All City Management Services for crossing guard services.
