AGREEMENT NO. 22,640-2
(Second Amendment to Agreement No. 22,640, as amended)
THIS AMENDMENT is entered into between the CITY OF PASADENA, a municipal corporation of the State of California ("Pasadena") and the City of San Marino, a municipal corporation of the State of California herein referred to as ("San Marino"), pursuant to the following facts:
RECITALS
Pasadena and San Marino entered into Agreement No. 22,640 on June 30, 2016 (the "Agreement"). The Parties entered into a First Amendment on July 26, 2019 to reflect a two (2) year term extension.
B. The parties desire to amend the Agreement again to reflect a three (3) year Agreement extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, Pasadena and San Marino agree as follows:
The Agreement is amended by modifying Section IV to read:
"1. The term of this agreement, effective June 30, 2015, shall be for nine (9) years and may be renewed annually by mutual agreement between Pasadena and San Marino.
Either Pasadena or San Marino may terminate this contract upon 30 days' notice to the other"
2. Except as modified above, all terms and conditions of Agreement No. 22,640, as amended, are unchanged and remain in effect. 0000143015C031 - Master amendment to Services Contract template 01-2017
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Agreement to be executed by their duly authorized representatives as of the date set forth below.
