AGREEMENT NO. 22,640-1
(Amendment to Agreement No. 22,640, as amended)
THIS AMENDMENT is entered into between the CITY OF PASADENA, a municipal corporation of the State of California ("Pasadena") and the City of San Marino, a municipal corporation of the State of California herein referred to as ("San Marino"), pursuant to the following facts:
RECITALS
A. Pasadena and San Marino entered into Agreement No. 22,640 ("the Agreement) on June 30, 2016.
The parties desire to amend the Agreement to reflect a two (2) year Agreement term extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, Pasadena and San Marino agree as follows:
The Agreement is amended by modifying Section IV. to read:
"The term of this agreement, effective June 30, 2015, shall be six (6) year(s) and may be renewed annually by mutual agreement between Pasadena and San Marino.
Either Pasadena or San Marino may terminate this contract upon 30 days' notice to the other."
Except as modified above, all terms and conditions of Agreement No. 22,640, as amended herein, are unchanged and remain in effect.
