CALL TO ORDER
Vice Mayor Shepherd Romey called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m., in the City Hall Emergency Operations Center (EOC), located at 2200 Huntington Drive, San Marino, CA 91108.

The City Council is meeting with respect to one (1) matter of existing litigation against the City.
