Mayor Huang called the regular meeting to order at 8:32 a.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, located at 2200 Huntington Drive, San Marino, California 91108.

1. FIND THE STREET REHABILITATION PROGRAM PROJECT EXEMPT UNDER
THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT (CEQA), APPROVE THE
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AVAILABLE AT THE OFFICE OF THE CITY
CLERK AND AT THE DAIS, AWARD OF A CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT TO
ONYX PAVING COMPANY, INC FOR STREET REHABILITATION PROGRAM PROJECTS NO. 22-9271 AND 23-9271 IN THE LOW BASE BID AMOUNT OF $7,171,000, AND REJECT ALL OTHER BIDS; AWARD A PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND
INSPECTION SERVICES TO Z&K CONSULTANTS IN THE AMOUNT OF
CITY COUNCIL MINUTES REGULAR MEETING

$199,996; AND AUTHORIZE THE PARKS AND PUBLIC WORKS
DIRECTOR/CITY ENGINEER TO APPROVE CONTINGENCIES IN AN
