RESOLUTION NO. R-24-25
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
MARINO, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE TRANSFER AGREEMENT
WITH THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT
FOR THE SAFE, CLEAN WATER MUNICIPAL PROGRAM
WHEREAS, The City of San Marino is eligible to receive funding for stormwater, urban runoff pollution, and water quality projects and compliance efforts, through the Safe, Clean Water Municipal Program; and
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Section B-27.1 of the Transfer Agreement with the Los Angeles County Flood Control District, prior to their receipt of Safe, Clean Water Program funds, the agreement shall have been duly authorized by the governing body of the municipality; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Marino, California as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves and authorizes the City Manager to execute the Safe, Clean Water Program Municipal Transfer Agreement with the Los Angeles County Flood Control District.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of the Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED, at a meeting of the City Council of the City of San Marino, California, on this 11th day of September, 2024.
