RESOLUTION NO. R-24-30
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN MARINO, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE
UPDATED SALARY SCHEDULE FOR FY 2024-2025
WHEREAS, Section 02.05.01(A) of the San Marino Municipal Code (“Code”) provides that salary and benefits plans for employees are a part of the City’s personnel rules and regulations when approved by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, Section 02.05.01(D) of the Code provides that the City Manager shall prepare salary and benefit schedules for presentation to the City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council approved the FY 2024-2025 Salary Schedule via Resolution No. R-24-14 on May 31, 2024; and
WHEREAS, the updated FY 2024-2025 Salary Schedule reflects the addition of a Building Attendant position; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager’s compensation increased to $255,000 as of July 1, 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARINO HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The updated Salary Schedule attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference shall be adopted as the salary schedule for all employees in the City of San Marino effective July 1, 2024.
SECTION 2. The “Salary Schedule” shall become a part of the City’s personnel rules and regulations.
SECTION 3. This Resolution supersedes the provisions of any prior resolution that established a salary schedule for employees in the City of San Marino.
