Based upon the request from HCD, Staff recommends that the Council approve Resolution R-25-05. If Council agrees with Staff’s recommendation a motion would be:
“I move to approve Resolution No. R-25-05, a resolution of the San Marino City Council adopting both the General Plan Land Use map and the City’s 6th Cycle Housing Element updates consistent with the statutory requirements of the California Housing Element Law that were previously adopted by the City Council on November 13, 2024.”
