WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 2025 AT 5:00 PM
CITY HALL EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER (EOC)
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Shepherd Romey called the meeting to order at 5:01 p.m., in the City Hall Emergency Operations Center (EOC), located at 2200 Huntington Drive, San Marino, CA 91108.
ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Mayor Shepherd Romey, Council Member Chang, Council Member Chou, Council Member Lo
ABSENT: Vice Mayor Chou

CLOSED SESSION
At 5:07 p.m., the City Council recessed to closed session to discuss the following item:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION GOVERNMENT CODE 54956.9 (D)(2)
The City Council is meeting with respect to two (2) matters of significant exposure to litigation against the City and one (1) matter of significant exposure to litigation against the City related to CalRecycle (see letter attached).
RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
At 6:03 p.m. the City Council reconvened to open session.
CLOSED SESSION REPORT
The City Council met on Item 1 and there was no reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT
At 6:04 p.m., Mayor Shepherd Romey adjourned the special meeting.
