RE: Pricing Proposal for Safekeeping Services - City of San Marino Dear Hillary:
BMO Bank N.A. ("BMO") is pleased to submit our Safekeeping Services Pricing Proposal to the City of San Marino ('City").
BMO (pronounced "Bee-Mo") is one of the top five commercial banks in North America with over 200 years of financial strength and stability. We are now BMO Bank N.A., but the City will have the same Government Banking Group that made a name for itself when it was Bank of the West, through its high-touch, market-oriented approach by providing the capabilities you need. Our Government Banking team has been serving the public sector for decades. Our dedicated group has a local presence and works side- by-side with community and government clients across BMO's footprint. The City will also be selecting a bank with an Outstanding CRA rating.
Our proposal was based on our review and analysis of the City's existing safekeeping services from the statements provided. Below are the terms and conditions of our offer:
• Enhanced Earnings Credit Rate (ECR) at 150 basis points (bank managed rate) • Monthly Settlement
• Fixed pricing for three (3) years with an option to renew 2 additional 1-year terms
