CITY HALL EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER (EOC)
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Shepherd Romey called the meeting to order at 2:15 p.m., in the City Hall Council Chambers, located at 2200 Huntington Drive, San Marino, CA 91108.
ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Mayor Shepherd Romey, Vice Mayor Chou, Council Member Chang, Council Member Chou, Council Member Lo
ABSENT: None

CLOSED SESSION
At 2:19 p.m., the City Council recessed to closed session in the EOC to discuss the following item:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – ANTICIPATED LITIGATION GOVERNMENT CODE 54956.9 (D)(2)
The City Council is meeting with respect to one (1) matter of significant exposure to litigation against the City related to Athens Services (see attached).
Vice Mayor Chou left the meeting at 3:45 p.m.
RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
At 4:04 p.m. the City Council reconvened to open session.
CLOSED SESSION REPORT
The City Council met on Item 1 and there was no reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT
At 4:05 p.m., Mayor Shepherd Romey adjourned the special meeting.
