Mayor Shepherd Romey called the adjourned regular meeting to order at 8:31 a.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, located at 2200 Huntington Drive, San Marino, California 91108.

DEPARTMENT
City Manager Eskandar gave an introduction and Finance Director Guirola-Leon provided information on the proposed operating budget.
