CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Shepherd Romey called the special meeting to order at 4:36 p.m., in the City Hall Emergency Operations Center (EOC), located at 2200 Huntington Drive, San Marino, CA 91108.
ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Council Member Chang, Council Member Chou, Council Member Lo, Vice Mayor Chou (arrived at 5:18 p.m.), Mayor Shepherd Romey
ABSENT: None

CLOSED SESSION
At 4:37 p.m., the City Council recessed to closed session in the EOC to discuss the following items:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION GOVERNMENT CODE 54956.9 (D)(2)
The City Council is meeting with respect to one (1) matter of significant exposure to litigation against the City related to Athens Services (see attached).
2. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION
GOVERNMENT CODE 54954.5(C), 54956.9(D)(1)

RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
At 6:02 p.m. the City Council reconvened to open session.
