Mayor Shepherd Romey called the adjourned regular meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, located at 2200 Huntington Drive, San Marino, California 91108.

1. ADOPTION OF THE PROPOSED OPERATING & CAPITAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-26
Finance Director Guirola-Leon gave the presentation.

Council Member Chang moved, seconded by Council Member Chou to adopt (1) Resolution No. R-25-18, Adopting the Operating and Capital Budget for the Fiscal Year 2025-26 and Appropriating the Amounts Specified therein from the Funds and for the Purposes Indicated, (2) adopt Resolution No. R-25-14, adopting the Salary Schedule for FY 2025-2026, and adopt (3) Resolution No. R- 25-15, approving a new job classification for the position of full-time Library Circulation Supervisor.
Motion passed by the following vote:
AYES: Council Member Chang, Council Member Chou, Council Member Lo, Vice Mayor Chou, Mayor Shepherd Romey

2. APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. R-25-17 ESTABLISHING THE
APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-26
he City Council approved Resolution No. R-25-17, Establishing tr opropriations Limit and Appropriations Subject to Limitation for Fiscal Yea 2025-26.
3. CASH AND INVESTMENT REPORT FOR THE MONTH OF APRIL 2025 The City Council received and filed the Cash and Investment Report for the Month of April 2025.
