Amendment No. 1 to the
Retirement Healthcare Program Administrative Services and Recordkeeping Agreement Between Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America (TIAA) And The City of San Marino

Effective as of June 1, 2017, the Retirement Healthcare Program Administrative Services and Recordkeeping Services Agreement (“Agreement”), originally dated May 1, 2017, between Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America (“TIAA”) and The City of San Marino (“Plan Sponsor”) as Sponsor the City of San Marino Retirement Health Savings Plan (“Plan”), is hereby amended by this Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement (“Amendment”) as follows:
1. Trust Administration Fees of Schedule D is hereby amended to read as follows:
Trust Administration Fees
TIAA has been authorized by TIAA Trust, N.A. to collect fees from Plan Sponsor for Plan Trust services provided to the Plan.
Annual Fee for Trust Services ……………………$1,500.00*
