The Sauce Creative Services here with submits a Cost Proposal for the CITY OF SAN MARINO REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR COMMUNITY SERVICES GUIDE PRODUCTION. The Sauce CS has over twenty six (26) years of experience and has provided services of a similar type and scope as described in the Scope of Services. The Sauce CS oversees all work, including subcontracted print work and post office delivery. All cost of telephone, printing mileage and other expenses incidental to the performance of the main items of the professional service to be rendered are included in the total proposed amounts. Postage is not included in the quote. There are no conflicts of interest that would limit the firm’s ability to provide the requested services.
This proposal shall remain valid for up to 90 days from the day of submittal, June 23, 2025.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
The Sauce Creative Services is a full service Design and Print Studio, with over 26 years in the community service design field. We are committed to providing the highest quality design services within set city budgets.
We establish a strong working relationship with our clients and as a team we create visually stunning designs that reinforce their brand. We handle all aspects of the design process, from concept to design to final printed product and delivery. For the past 16 years our office has been located in Monrovia, CA. Currently we employ 5 designers, 1 delivery driver, 1 office support and 2 project managers.
The Sauce is in good financial condition and does not forsee any situation (no pending litigations, bankruptcy proceedings or financial events against the organization) that would impede its ability to complete any projects.

The Sauce Creative Services Corp, any officer of the Company, or any employee of the Company who has proprietary interest in the Company, has never been disqualified, removed, or otherwise prevented from bidding on, or completing a federal, state, or local government project because of a violation of law or safety regulation.
The Sauce Creative Services Corp, any officer of the Company, or any employee of the Company who has proprietary interest in the Company, has never had any administrative proceedings, claims, lawsuits, or other exposures pending against the Company.
The Sauce Creative Services Corp, any officer of the Company, or any employee of the Company who has proprietary interest in the Company, has never had filed for bankruptcy under any business name over the past five (5) years.

PROJECT UNDERSTANDING AND METHODOLOGY
The Sauce understands the City’s design and print needs. Our general approach to providing services successfully, methodologies and technologies you would employ are described below.
First proof to Consultant
The job information is to be emailed to The Sauce Creative Services. We design each project individually and is based on look and priority of city provided info. At this time the scope of the project is discussed and an estimet for a approval is sent to city. Upon approval of project pricing we move on to design.
First proof to City
The project first draft, copy will also be emailed with initial design . The turnaround time for this will be 1-2 weeks.
Multiple Proofings coordinated by the Sauce and City Staff Final Proof to City
Final draft will be sent to customer for final proofing, with changes made as needed. This usually takes, 1 day.
Sent to printer
The final approved files will be sent to the printer. Similarly web version will be emailed to customer.
Print can take between 1-7 days depending on customer request and needs.
