Mayor Shepherd Romey called the meeting to order at 7:12 p.m., in the Fireside Room located inside the San Marino Community Center located at 1800 Huntington Drive, San Marino, CA 91108.

ABSENT: None
CLOSED SESSION
At 7:13 p.m., the City Council recessed to closed session in the Fireside Room to discuss the following items:
