Third Amendment to Professional Services Agreement
This Third Amendment to Professional Services Agreement (“Third Amendment”) is dated and effective as of March 11, 2026 and amends that certain Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) dated August 19, 2025 and First and Second Amendments by and between Eide Bailly LLP (“Consultant”) a California limited liability partnership, and the City of San Marino (“City”), a California municipal corporation, (collectively, “the Parties”).
Section 1. The term of the Agreement is hereby extended to and through October 31, 2026 unless sooner terminated as provided in Section 5.0 of the Agreement.
Section 2. The total not to exceed amount set forth in Section 3.0 of the Agreement is hereby increased from $90,000 to a total of $130,000.
Section 3. Except as otherwise provided herein, all other provisions of the Agreement are and remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto, through their respective authorized representatives have executed this Third Amendment to be effective as of March 11, 2026.
