CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Chou called the regular meeting to order at 6:22 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, located at 2200 Huntington Drive, San Marino, California 91108.

Interim Community Services Director Covarrubias and Library Manager Ashley Watts received the proclamation.

Human Resources Director Guerrero presented the staff report.

Council Member Chou moved, seconded by Vice Mayor Lo to approve Resolution No. R-26-06 establishing the Public Safety Special Tax Levies for Fiscal Yar 2026-27.

4. ACCEPTANCE OF $13,000 DONATION FROM THE SAN MARINO PUBLIC
LIBRARY FOUNDATION
The City Council accepted the $13,000 donation from the San Marino Public Library Foundation, amended the City's Restricted Donations Fund Account #281-91-3601-0000 (Adult Materials Donations - Other) by $13,000, amended the City's Restricted Donations Fund Account #281-91-4150-0000 (Adult Other Contract Services) by $3,000, amended the City's Restricted Donations Fund Account #281-91-4370-0000 (Adult Materials - Other) by $5,000, and amended the City's Restricted Donations Fund Account #281-91-4376-0000 (Adult Materials and Supplies) by $5,000.
6. CASH AND INVESTMENT REPORT FOR THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY 2026 The City Council received and filed the Cash and Investment Report for the Month of February 2026.
7. RECEIVE AND FILE MONTHLY DISBURSEMENTS REPORT FOR MARCH 2026
The City Council received and filed the Monthly Disbursements Report for the month of March 2026.
8. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The City Council approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of March 11, 2026, and the Adjourned Regular Meeting of March 27, 2026.
