CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Chou called the meeting to order at 5:01 p.m., in the City Hall Emergency Operations Center (EOC), located at 2200 Huntington Drive, San Marino, CA 91108.
ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Mayor Chou, Vice Mayor Lo, Council Member Chang, Council Member Chou
ABSENT: Council Member Shepherd Romey
CLOSED SESSION
At 5:02 p.m., the City Council recessed to closed session in the EOC to discuss the following items:
