Mayor Chou called the meeting to order at 1:24 p.m., in the City Hall Council Chambers, located at 2200 Huntington Drive, San Marino, CA 91108.

1. CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION NO. R-26-08 TO RATIFY THE CITY
MANAGER'S PROCLAMATION OF EMERGENCY AND AUTHORIZE
EMERGENCY PROCUREMENT OF CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR
REPAIRS TO THE FIRE STATION PURSUANT TO PUBLIC CONTRACT CODE SECTIONS 20168 AND 22050
City Manager Eskandar gave the presentation.

Council Member Shepherd Romey moved, seconded by Council Member Chang, to adopt Resolution No. R-26-08 a Resolution of the City Council of the City of San Marino, California, Ratifying the City Manager's Proclamation of Emergency and Authorizing Emergency Procurement of Construction Services for Repairs to Fire Station 91 Pursuant to Public Contract Code Sections 20168 and 22050.
Motion passed by the following vote:
AYES: Council Member Chang, Council Member Chou, Council Member Shepherd Romey, Vice Mayor Lo, Mayor Chou
