Mayor Chou called the adjourned regular meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, located at 2200 Huntington Drive, San Marino, California 91108.

City Manager Eskandar gave an introduction and Finance Director Guirola-Leon provided information on the proposed operating budget.

Staff presented department operating budgets.
Mayor Chou recessed the meeting at 10:31 a.m. and resumed the meeting at 10:44 a.m.
