RESOLUTION NO. R-26-20
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN MARINO, CALIFORNIA CHANGING THE
LOCATION, FREQUENCY, AND ATTENDANCE POLICY
OF ADVISORY BODY MEETINGS
WHEREAS, the San Marino Municipal Code provides that advisory body meeting locations are established by City Council resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED by the City Council of the City of San Marino:
SECTION 1. Following the date of adoption of this Resolution, all meetings of the San Marino advisory bodies are to be held in accordance with the San Marino Municipal Code except as otherwise provided herein.
SECTION 2. Notwithstanding Section 1, the regular meeting time of the Design Review Committee is the first and third Wednesday of each month at 6:00 PM in the City Hall Council Chambers.
SECTION 3. Notwithstanding Section 1, the regular meeting time of the Planning Commission is the last Wednesday of each month at 6:00 PM in the City Hall Council Chambers.
SECTION 4. Notwithstanding Section 1, the regular meeting time of the Library Board of Trustees is the fourth Monday of January, March, May, July, September and November at 8:00 AM in the City Hall Council Chambers.
SECTION 5. Notwithstanding Section 1, the regular meeting time of the Recreation Commission is the second Monday of January, March, May, July, September and November at 6:00 PM in the City Hall Council Chambers.
SECTION 6. Notwithstanding Section 1, the regular meeting time of the Public Safety Commission is the third Monday of January, March, May, July, September and November at 6:00 PM in the City Hall Council Chambers.
SECTION 7. Notwithstanding Section 1 or any other provision herein, City staff may cancel, reschedule, relocate, or schedule additional meetings of any advisory body as necessary.
SECTION 8. The attached attendance policy supersedes any previously established advisory body attendance policies or standards.
