This provision is intended solely to provide CONTRACTOR with the ability to utilize a Subcontractor who may be otherwise qualified to perform the work or services but may not carry the same insurance limits as required of the CONTRACTOR under this AGREEMENT given the limited scope of work or services provided by the subcontractor. CONTRACTOR agrees that upon request, all agreements with Subcontractors, and others engaged in the project and/or services, will be submitted to CITY for review. s. CITY reserves the right to require that self-insured retentions be eliminated, lowered, or replaced by a deductible, or require proof of ability to pay losses and related investigations, claim administration, and defense expenses within the retention through confirmation from the underwriter. u. Timely notice of claims. CONTRACTOR shall give CITY prompt and timely notice of claims made or suits instituted that arise out of or result from CONTRACTOR’S performance under this
AGREEMENT, and that involve or may involve coverage under any of the required liability policies.

PROPOSAL for CITY of SAN MARINO
Catch Basin Trash Device Project 2026
DESCRIPTION
G2 Construction (G2) proposes to fabricate and install 81 G2 CPS-Mod™ certified Full Capture Systems in San Marino Catch Basins (CBs) owned by LA County. Prior to the installation, the City must apply for an LA County Flood Control Permit through their EPIC-LA online system. This proposal includes G2 working as the City's "Agent" to assist with project managing the process to get the permit.
Installation work to be performed at Prevailing Wage rates and certified payroll submitted to DIR.
G2 will perform all work except for catch basin cleaning. Sub-Contractor Ron's Maintenance (RMI) will clean the CBs prior to CPS-Mod installation, and this is included in this proposal.
G2 has field reviewed 81 LACFCD-owned CBs, researched the County's database, and generated the "Exhibit A" spreadsheet required to apply for a Flood Control Permit application. G2 will provide expertise and assist with the City's application, and this will allow for installations in 2026-27.
The project's pricing will match and piggyback on G2's existing Master Purchase Agreement with Orange County Public Works MA-080-25011708. G2 will provide the following services for this project:
