CALL TO ORDER - This meeting was held pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Orders which suspend certain requirements of the Brown Act.

STUDY SESSION
1. B Street Pedestrian Mall – Special Community Events
Jennifer Chen, Economic Development Manager, provided a presentation on a special community event series this fall in the Downtown on the pedestrian mall on B Street. Council asked questions of staff. The consensus of Council was to host several special event series, with flexibility as to days and times, and on both blocks of B street.
ADJOURNMENT – The meeting adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
