CLOSED SESSION
Following the opportunity for public comment, there were no speakers, the City Council convened into Closed Session to consider:
1. Conference with Legal Counsel – Anticipated Litigation Initiation of litigation pursuant to paragraph (4) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9: One case The City Council reconvened into open session at 5:41 p.m.
STUDY SESSION
2. Leaf Blower Regulations
Due to technology issues in Council Chambers the City Council were unable to take up discussion on Leaf Blower Regulations, this item was continued to the next City Council meeting on April 3, 2023.
ADJOURNMENT –The meeting adjourned at 6:51 p.m.
