STUDYSESSION
1. CleanWater Program Update and Sewer Rate Increase
AzaleaMitch, Public Works Director, and Alex Handlers, Bartle Wells Consultant, provided a presentation and update on the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) upgrade and expansion project; outlined future wastewater system needs; and provided a sewer rate analysis.
Council recessedfrom 5:44 p.m. to 5:50 p.m.
Council asked questions of staff and the consultant. Public Comment: Michael requested additional information. The City Council concurred in continuing the multi- year sewer rate structure as proposed and expressedappreciation for the on-budget, on-time work.

Following the opportunity for public comment, there were no speakers, the City Council convened into ClosedSessionat 6:20 p.m. to consider:
