Bay Meadows Phase II Development Agreement Extension Request – Ordinance Adoption RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt an Ordinance to approve a three-year extension of the Bay Meadows Phase II Development Agreement.
BACKGROUND:
On November 6, 2023, the City Council introduced the attached proposed ordinance (Attachment 1) to approve a three- year extension of the Bay Meadows Phase II Development Agreement. If adopted, this ordinance will be effective 30 days after its adoption.
BUDGET IMPACT:
There are no direct fiscal implications to the City's General Fund associated with this request. The City collected development impact fees at the time of issuance of building permits for development on each block.
ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION:
This ordinance adoption is not a project subject to CEQA, because it is an organizational or administrative activity that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment. (CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5).)
NOTICE PROVIDED
