Scope of Work
Clear & grub all exisƟng items & vegetaƟon in the designated project area. o Remove & salvage exisƟng boulders and stone for relocaƟon. o Remove & dispose of exisƟng light pole.
o Remove exisƟng benches with plaques x3 and return to the City of San Mateo Corp Yard. o Remove exisƟng plaques from benches x3 and return to city staff. o Remove exisƟng benches x2 for relocaƟon.
Provide lead tesƟng hazmat survey. If lead based paint is found. Provide a supplemental cost for abatement measures to allow demo.
Demo exisƟng uƟlity shed structure. Based on no hazmat (lead paint) o Demo wall curbs of exisƟng foundaƟon to make slab flush on grade. Provide temporary fencing around designated project construcƟon area. Provide temporary fencing around exisƟng trees for protecƟon from construcƟon related acƟviƟes.
Grade area so final finished grade matches exisƟng grade and allows for proper drainage. Provide and Install paver type 2 in per drawings, including sand bedding and volumetric sand. Install owner furnished Paver type 1 per drawings, Including sand bedding and volumetric sand. Pour & install colored concrete bands x7, per drawings. Form and install concrete per plans including fooƟngs and below grade edge curb. Provide and install all subgrade aggregate.
Install owner provided monuments x7, per drawings.
Install NEW owner provided benches, per drawings.
Install owner provided brass plaques per plan locaƟons. Haul away and dispose of excess soil.
Provide flagging for all vehicle movement on site for protecƟon of park patrons. Haula way and dispose of demoliƟon debris.
Intercept exisƟng lighƟng circuit and reroute per plans. Provide and install new pull box.
Trench and run new underground conduit per electrical plans to provide power to new lighƟng. Cap old conduits at both ends and abandon them in place aŌer intercepƟng and removing exisƟng lighƟng circuit.
Demo old pull box
Provide and install granite monument base for owner supplied plaque per plans. Install well lights x7, per drawings.
Install down lights x8, per drawings.
Install & connect new planter irrigaƟon to exisƟng valve, per drawings. Install Western Sword Ferns x2, per drawings.
Install Emerald Carpet Creeping Raspberry x2, per drawings.
