Dear Mr. Shankles,
Please accept this letter as Polydyne Inc.’s proposal that we are the sole source manufacturer and supplier of the following product supplied to the City of San Mateo:
CLARIFLOC™ WE-1273
A sole source declaration is a frequently used method by which municipal customers can secure the purchase of goods that have proven efficacy in their process and cannot be obtain from any other source.
The above-named CLARIFLOC™ polymers have a molecular structure, molecular weight, and particular raw material components that are unique to Polydyne’s CLARIFLOC™ product line. CLARIFLOC™ is Polydyne’s trademark and no other vendor is authorized to supply these products.
For the period of July 1st, 2024 through June 30th, 2025 Polydyne Inc. shall commit to manufacture, maintain inventory, and supply the City of San Mateo with CLARIFLOC™ WE-1273, or a similar CLARIFLOC™ polymer at the price of $1.85 per pound. All applicable taxes will appear as a separate line item on invoices.
